  • If I could give this place a negative I would. The minute I walked in here the lady at the front, Denise, was rude. I walked in there wanting to browse a little but was greeting with, what are you looking for? I wasn't sure and with attitude said , "I mean what do you want contemporary, modern, I need to know what you're looking for! " I gave her some sort of idea and went browsing thru the books and saw her greet other people differently. I shrugged it off, but when I ordered my 3 samples she told me they were a good size. Bigger than the sample I was looking at, which at 10 dollars I thought it was fair. I just picked up my samples today and they only had 2 of them. Denise claims that she talked to me about canceling the order and that I said it was To expensive for a roll, which I did not speak to her at all on the phone. She claims she would not have canceled the order if she didn't talk to me, but I have not spoken to her since I left the store the day I ordered my samples. Not to mention the samples are literally the size of a sheet of paper. She lied to me. I then had to ask her for my refund for the third sample that I did not get. If I didn't ask I wouldn't have gotten it. This lady is rude and she lied. I will not be coming back and sending my friends else where.
