$32 for a cut is very high. My usual barber cut is $8-$15 depending what else I need trimmed (e.g. mustache, eyebrows, etc.). I think the hot towel and neck massage should be a separate add-on, not just done without my permission. I was expecting a professional barber cut. However, I did not see a barber license displayed for the person who cut my hair. She did not have a straight razor, instead she used a disposable schick that took much longer to trim and wasn't as close as a straight razor. As they say in the military it looked like she had shaved me with a rock. Not very good at all. The cut wasn't barber like... she used the clippers like a typical female hair dresser at sport clips does... kinda up an inch then curved out towards herself just. Then she gets out the scissors and cuts the rest of the sides up. Not as clean as using the clippers all the way up. She was unable to properly blend the top of my hair where it's getting bald in the back. I'm not really sure she knew what to do with that. I tried to tell her but then I felt like it would be best to just say it was great and get the heck out of there before she messed it up any worse. My wife said I need to get it fixed today. I said I wouldn't go back but I would find a real barber somewhere else.
