  • Unable to reach. I left a VM for Kimberly West (Assistant Property Manager) for a property I was interested in and never received a follow up phone call. I sent multiple emails and received one email about calling and emailing them back the first week the property became available. No return phone call in the first week. I would suggest avoiding them. Plus reading the "other information" section of their listing, they charge a 4% admin fee monthly. Just imaging this, 4% x $1000/month rent = $40/month going to some bogus fee.
