  • I just bought a new car here after calling around. I looked at Truecar.com to see what I thought my price should be with X dollars down. I called every VW dealer from Charlotte to Concord to Huntersville and told them how much I wanted to put down and how much I wanted my monthly payment to be. Carolina VW told me over the phone they could hit the mark while other dealers quoted me well above. I drove in that night at 6 and was out by about 7 with my new car. They gave me a fully loaded car instead of the base model for the price I wanted. I got a super finish put on the outside and in, and they gave me a loaner Passat while that we being done. They accidentally cracked my windshield and replaced it fee of charge, giving me a loaner again while that was being taken care of. They cleaned and detailed my car each time, and filled it up with gas. There was no hassle. These guys were great.
