  • I've been back several times since my first visit and review last July. Makkal Chon remains at the very top of my Scarborough Korean list -- and the quality has been utterly consistent. Stopped by today with an out of town food friend, and we ordered a single dish -- the BBQ eel on a hot plate. This is ethereal. With the multiple sides that come with it, it's a splendid small meal in itself. Service was top notch too, friendly and efficient even though they were pretty crowded.
