  • Jeff the owner was a very nice and fair person. Due to a bad architect we had to make many onsite changes to accommodate issues in the plans. Jeff was fair with negotiating compromises for these changes and his crew ultimately got the house built. At the end of the day I have a beautiful approximate 4,400 sqft home on a great piece of land for a good price. Word to the wise, never try and buy stock plans and modify them and make sure your architect is top notch. I did not want to pay the .30-.45 cents per sqft all the good architects wanted, but now I wish i would have.
