I tried bingsoo for the first time here, and I was apprehensive at first. My friend described it as "shaved ice" and I was imagining the snow cones full of blue syrup that you get at fairgrounds. Of course, I was dead wrong.
It's hard to describe bingsoo. It's like snowflakes of ice cream. Super light, melts in your mouth, but full of flavor. I tried the matcha one, and it was heavenly. The pieces of mochi they add are also delicious and add a bit of chew to the dessert.
The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. I can't wait to go back and try more of their stuff!
