  • A couple days ago after spending an extra $20 for interior clean for a total of around $45, I was told it would take 45 mins to a hour. After 1 hr and 15 mins the only thing that was done was driver's side was vacuumed. I had to leave because I had to be somewhere. The first tall dark haired young guy in a red shirt says "ohhh you have been here an hr and 15 and it isn't done?"" Then he never came back to explain anything. Some vehicles had four people working on them. We had to get another "supervisor" who wrote for me to be able to come back. After another hr today my vehicle looked better but not great. It is barely ever dirty in general. Tons of areas missed and they told me the extra $20 was for a wipe down. Sounds like they need to do some training or at least teach these kids how to properly clean a vehicle and what is included with which service. Very disappointed. I have been going for years but now I would only go back if my vehicle is completely trashed on the interior. WASTE OF MONEY.
