  • Extremely rude customer service, she hung up the phone on me!! I purchased a Groupon for laser at this spa because I have been here once and they were extremely nice. I don't know what happened to the staff now but girl on the phone was extremely rude and un willing to help. I called to try and make an appointment she told me I couldn't use my groupon because it was only for new customers. However, instead of being helpful to me and explaining other ways around it all she said was sorry it's for new customers only have a nice day and hung up on me.!!! She completely shut me out and denied my business. I will never go back here again!!!! I even tried to call back and no response. I have never had a business do this to me
