  • After a long day at work I came home to a freezing house. My elderly mom didn't want to bother me at work so she did what she could to stay warm in a ice box of a home until I got home. I called Ideal and they said they wanted to get someone out ASAP due to my mothers age. The young lady on the phone was nice and patient as I ask her for rates. I forgot to mention that I called 4 other company's first that were either rude on the phone or wouldn't give out any of their rates. The tech cane out as promised and told me not to worry it's probably something easy to fix. Within 30 mins he had a new part in and heater on!!!!! Easy and efficient!!! Whew. My worried we're over and my mom was warm. I read previous yelp reviews about the company and I had some concern. I'm happy I decided to use them. It seems most of the people's bad reviews should be with THIER home warranty not covering things and not ideal. One reason why when my home warranty expired I never renewed it. This way I can pay cash and make sure I'm getting everything done I want!! I will use Ideal for any of my future needs.
