UPDATE x2: I think it is INCREDIBLY unprofessional of you to continue to contact me on a public forum. We were there in March and had an awful experience ie waiting for our instructor for 3 hours outside the facility and NO that is NOT an exaggeration. The website states that you are open at 10, the phone number does not connect and your staff were less than remorseful upon showing up 35 minutes before our scheduled SURPRISE PARTY. I do in fact, have a waiver form AND a bank statement from that day with a purchase from your facility. So no, Melanie, it is not a fake review and I'd be happy to call management and explain the disgusting service I continue to receive from you.
UPDATE: this is NOT a fake review and I do recommend thinking before you post online as your response was unhelpful and rude. I was a PAYING CUSTOMER on the day of my first review and was part of a party BOOKED/RESERVED UNDER SOMEONE ELSE. I will NOT return to this facility or any facility owned by this group and will definitely not be recommending it as a venue of choice etc. In fact I WILL take any opportunity to recall my experience and warn friends and family of your poor customer service skills and even worse web follow up.

My experience with this company was beyond poor. They were rude to the group during the party. Our instructor was late and Now has accused an actual customer of posting a "fake review". The facility bathroom was gross (just in case my review was going to be taken down again for "lack of substantive first hand experience")
