  • This is the worst place to go to for accuracy and customer care! After they filed my taxes missing my second W2, I received a correction and penalty from the IRS. I owed more money. They did do an amendment but now that it's settled and the fees are due they are nowhere to be found. The corporate office can't even get them to respond. Now I'm stuck trying to take them to small claims court. Don't use this place. Nightmare.
