  • I know they don't guarantee delivery times, but come on. We ordered a bouquet for a five year old's birthday and asked them to deliver it after 4:30. They delivered it before 4. So much for the surprise. We called to inquire, and got a disinterested "we don't guarantee delivery times". Well, you could sure try. Your apathy will keep me from coming back.
