I would agree with Ann as I had a similar experience. Called on Thursday to have my fountain fixed. I was told they would come out Monday but if they came the wanted to fix it then. I told them that was no problem as I was not calling anyone else. It would be fixed along as it wasn't $2,000. I was to receive a phone call Sunday night telling me what time they would be out on Monday . They were a no call, no show so I would rate them unreliable. No answer to e-mails A day wasted. If you didn't want to do it just say so, that way I can find a reliable company because you obviously are not.
