We've never had Ramen before unless you consider Top Ramen to be ramen at all.
Arrived just before 5p.m on a Monday and were seated right away!
Per waitresses suggestion we ordered a Miso Ramen with extra green onion and corn.
Oh, WOW! Soft boiled egg was just perfect! Oodles of Noodles done al dente, pork belly surprisingly tender, broth is rich and has the slightest after-burn. Mmm-SOOO-good!
Next time we'll try the Shoyu version...
We are absolutely STUFFED!
