  • I called and asked to speak to the manager as I had been given the wrong items. (Since I don't live in Aurora, I couldn't go back immediately) When I called, the gentleman on the phone refused to tell me the manager's name and kept asking why I wanted to speak to the manager. He then hung up on me. So unprofessional and I will never be back.
