| - I have mixed feelings about Orange Olive. Originally I was a loyal customer to Dax, who gave me the most perfect haircuts of my life :) Dax left to travel with Davines, so I decided to stick it out and went back for 3 haircuts with other stylists. I wasn't impressed with the first 2 cuts so I went back a third time and asked for someone very experienced, and they paired me with the salon manager. The manager's cut was the worst of all of them -- most of the damage was still there and not cut off, I had a big chunk in the front, etc -- so I decided to go elsewhere for my next cut. I felt like their cuts were so temporary and required you to go back so soon after. However, looking at their site now, I don't recognize I single stylist, not even the salon manager who I saw last time, so maybe things are different. While the turn over does make me nervous, I do think they have good customer service and I love that they provide coupons for your birthday and when you haven't been in a while. I recommend this place to people who aren't super picky about their haircut. I just haven't found the right person to cut my fine, wavy hair.
