  • **DON'T USE THIS SERVICE** If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They send harassing texts, won't come to pick up their equipment and say they are going to send you to collections. Worst company ever. They will do everything to get you to sign up for their service. They drop off more water than you needed or wanted. They don't give you a bill and call and send harassing texts for payment. Do yourself a huge favor and order from Sparkletts. By far better service. Honestly any other service is probably better than them.
