If anyone reads this
Here is some tips so this place stays in business after 6months
Employees - man, put all employees through SOME sort of training (go to chick fil a if you need some ideas). Or bring in 1 SOLID manager. I wont throw anyone under the bus and I'm sure a few problems were because of the newness of the facility but wow. Efficiency could make up for a lot of it too.
Food was typical of said business. It would be amazing to get a beer/wine license for the parents as the kids go nuts for a few hours and as a parent there is only so many parties you can attend and eat pizza. (Get employees to be weary of how many people eating/drinking so plates/napkins/needs are met, stop the drop and forget orders, send someone around every 5-10 min as a courtesy to see if anyone needs anything, make sure order/foods right etc. )
Now here is the best help yet.
Change all lighting in the food/seating to bright normal lighting. The yellow/blacklight setup is horrible. This place screams birthday parties and will be a once a year type of place for special occasions a lot. As a parent celebrating my kids "only" X year birthday and all the pictures we take are of this shade. The quality is something that would keep people posting pictures to social media which in turn promotes your facility. This is a MUST DO ASAP deal.
Employees should NEVER SAY NO, replace with " let me check", "that is a good question let me see", always satisfy the customer. Bring the customer along to where they need to go, with you as you get the correct answers etc.
I tried to buy a dippin dots. My FAVORITE THING EVER and there was a younger lady cleaning the dippin dots freezer unit and I was standing there and said " excuse me, while you're there I will take a large mint chocolate one please". She giggled and shrugged it off. I stood for another 30 seconds while 3 others were behind the counter were doing who knows what until I got fed up and left. Sparking this review.
You guys have a GREAT POTENTIAL thing here. Would be a shame to hire cheap workers and not train them to kill all this investment.
