  • Well, let's see... I've been on the phone trying to find out if my dad was admitted today... and it's been 25 minutes on hold. I heard the digi-person say I had one person in front of me, twenty minutes ago. Then, 15 minutes ago that digi-helper said there was no one in front of me, and yet... no real person has answered the phone. Service? If hospital services are important to you... well, you might try stitching it up yourself. Just sayin
