Liars, that's how I'll sum this up in one word.
I stopped by the store on Monday to purchase a dishwasher. The salesperson told me the dishwashers are all tested once they come back so he was sure there were no issues with it. I bought it and installed it at home only to find a considerable water leak from the unit. It wasn't a slow leak from a hose connection, it was water pouring out from within the dishwasher. I called the store immediately and their response was "Sorry, bring it back and we'll exchange it for you." Considering this a waste of time, I figured I'd call GE first (manufacturer of said dishwasher) who dispatched a tech two days later and found the gasket under the dishwasher that keeps all of the water in it wasn't connected because the clips holding it in place were gone! The GE tech replaced the clips and gasket and it's working now.
So, if you're in the market for a cheap appliance that may or may not work while getting 100% assurance there's nothing wrong with it, I recommend this store.
