| - I came for dinner on a Sunday night for dinner with a friend. They were pretty busy, but everything moved at a reasonable place. The atmosphere is very cozy. It was lit dimly, but there were lots of fun, seasonal decorations up. The staff were nice as well.
I ordered the UG chicken melt with sauteed mushrooms and roasted red peppers with the vegetable side (which turned out to be steamed baby carrots, green beans, and cauliflower). I was a little disappointed by the vegetables, which were kind of boring in terms of taste. They were also a little undercooked for my preferences. The sandwich was very good, though. The chicken was moist and tender with a hint of lemon flavor, and they were generous with the toppings (though not so much with the included tomato, lettuce, and red onion). The sandwich also came with a pickle. I got a pretty decent meal out of half the sandwich and the sides.
My friend ordered the tuna melt with the waffle fries, all of which looked delicious (the fries especially). I will have to order them the next time I visit! However, it's on the pricier side (compared to other businesses on the street) so it probably won't be for a while.
