| - If I could give this place zero stars I would, this is the absolute WORST place I have EVER lived and Im from the ghetto in LA. Where to start..... Well the neighbors here are absolutely crazy, the first year I lived there we were next to this crazy drunk who used to scream all day and night and try to start fights with everyone but that's not the apartments fault, it has no shortage of drug dealers and you can often find pills and needles on the ground, the playground is full of broken glass and cigarette butts, the pool is ALWAYS broken and so is the jacuzzi, Idk why you would swim in that dirty ass water too. We are clean people and we had roaches and mice because they would manifest in someone else's apartment and travel through the walls and end up everywhere, we notified them and they sent out their exterminator which didnt do a damn thing, we lived there 3 and a half years and the toilet in the second room NEVER has worked because they couldn't fix it, our dishwasher never worked either and we had multiple workorders in which they never fulfilled or even showed up to do and when we would call to follow up they would ensure us that someone was on the way to our apartment and never showed up, our lights wouldn't get replaced, again because no one fulfills the work orders, dog shit everywhere, sheriffs there almost every other day, people egg your cars and slash tires for the fun of it, it's super cheap so I had to renew and when we went in they needed MY help on how to calculate the costs because apparently using a calculator is too hard for the rude people up at the desk, we have went through 4 different managers within 3 years, I exercise my right to carry and the office people never saw it as an issue for 3 years but in the last six months one of the idiot new ladies called it a toy and told me not to bring my toys into the office, so I told her I've been doing it for 3 years and no one has had an issue with it and if it made her uncomfortable she could have told me respectfully thay their policy has changed and I wouldn't enter with it and she has the nerve to call me a liar, they kept on trying to hit me with a 200 dollar mystery charge saying that I owed money even though I paid my rent on time and early every month the entire time I lived there and anytime I came in to dispute it they couldn't figure out what the charge was for and expected me to pay it which I refused so they "deleted it" but yet I'd get another notice the week after saying I still owed it, that happened 4 times and then they said their system is glitching....the laundry room does not work very well and the clothes would still be damp, every couple of months they raise the price 10 cents or so and lower the amount of time a few minutes, they hired a security guard that sits in the chair and doesn't do anything, landscapers that blow all the leaves into your patio and then spends 2 days walking around talking to each other, the bags for the dogs never get replaced, the water comes out brown and that's when they aren't shutting the water off twice or more a month with no notice, we went 3 days with them shutting the water off from 9 AM until 8PM in a row, water is shared between the apartments so good luck showering with warm water, and I say warm because hot is impossible, this place is terrible and they treat their tenants like shit, their repairs consist of taking things out of other apartments and putting them in another to get it fixed, places aren't even fully cleaned and advertised as move in ready, trash in the drawers when you move In and broken appliances but then they try to get you for all of that at move out, and if you ever do decide to call maintenance they are always on break no matter when you call without fail , don't live here, trust me they don't deserve your money because they don't respect you enough to want it
