  • DO NOT!, I REPEAT... DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!, If I could subtract stars I would. This apartment complex and management company deserves a -3 stars. The office manager Trish is a conniving, lieing, and untrustworthy person who doesn't need to be in this business. The complex continually adds money onto your rent and then won't explain where the additional charge came from as well as become extremely rude about the issue. They take their time fixing issues, and won't take care of the black widow and scorpion problem during the summer. They treat the tennants like crap, belittle them and twist their words around to were they sound stupid. Not to mention, the trash cans fill up extremely quick so then people just throw their bags on top and when it falls they don't even pick it up. And also when it rains the Asians lay their smelly trash bags next to the trash area wall.
