I will just cut to the chase: This place is badass and I got the heebie jeebies! Its an hour long tour. There is a parking lot. I arrived around 7ish on a Tuesday. So, it wasn't really crowded. But once we parked. We were guided to the front of the house to fill out a safety release forum. This got me excited. Then you enter and purchase your tickets, if you haven't already done so online. Then you wait for your tour guide. Our awesome tour guide was Sarah or Sara (never found out the exact spelling. So I'm sorry if I messed it up) But she was so cool, funny and very informative. I don't want to ruin anything you will see but Zak has created a great experience. All of your nerves will be tested. And you will experience many different scary things. My girlfriend was spooked throughout! I have been jaded recently by going to all the haunts in LA year after year. And I also went to the now defunct Eli Roth's Goretorium (which was pretty cool) But this place blows them all out of the water. Zak's collection is soo cool! If Mr. Bagans opened a hotel next door I would definitely stay. The price is worth it and the tour ends in the gift shop. I wasn't planning on buying goodies but I just had to! I however didn't go when it was busy. My tour group was 6 people which was perfect. Anything larger than 10 or 12. Would be a little lame. In closing, I would do it again and I would recommend it to my friends. And go at night! Its ultra creepy at night! And you should note before entering the museum I was not a fan of Ghost Adventurers! But now I am! haha So, maybe I was hypnotized but its all cool!
