  • I called in to schedule an appointment. I walked in at the appointed time, and everyone seemed surprised that such an appointment had been scheduled. I was told to wait a few minutes, but my patience ran out after half an hour of sitting there. It's a shame; the place itself is nice and service has been decent before, but time is a very valuable resource I can't afford to waste.
