  • The employees at this place need major training and their customer service skills are horrible. No-one knows what they are doing. We went last week and the cashier told us to sign up for their club to get $10 off next visit then he also sign to complete the survey for another $10 off and say how well he did. He then explained we can come back in and use them both on our next purchase. We went bavk in today and the cashier didn't know what she was doing and said she had to ask for help and no one was able to help her. We left and came back in and then there was only one person on front of us and one cashier and she was chatting woth another employee rather than ringing up the people in line. After they were done chatting the lady in front had a return and the cashier asked someone else to check us out. Then she asked the cashier to swap her place since we had the discount codes. After all that she then told is we couldn't use both codes like the original cashier told us too. We had to just walk out after all that. These expensive pants just aren't worth the trouble. You would think they would hire competent people here with good attitudes. Never again will I go here.
