  • I took my mom there for her glasses since she no longer had insurance. I figured this would be a good option considering the specials they run. After going there I see why they are so cheap. They are horrible!! I made an appointment but we ended up waiting almost 30 minutes and there was no one there. They offered an additional exam to check the for any other issues, which I know my mom Had, for an extra 15-20 dollars more. Not one mention of it during the exam. She did a quick look and made a small update to her prescription but didn't say anything stood out. Asked about an issue she was having with an eye, and was told it was probably because of the previous prescription. Was able to finally find a pair nice enough and not as flimsy. However, after 2 weeks of still having issues with her sight, decided to take her elsewhere. There she was told she was developing cataracts and the prescription was a little off, what?!? I didn't mention she had just gotten her eyes checked to make sure they actually examined her and within a few days she was fine.
