I have used Graylines in other cities I have traveled to & was looking forward to this one as well. I was traveling with my husband, daughter & granddaughter. When we purchased our tickets we asked where we board the bus & asked if it returns to the same spot. We were told it did & where to get on. We could not buy a 1 day pass but only a 2 day pass. Even though we were leaving the next day we had to get the 2 day pass.
There was not many stops we wanted to get off. New did get off at one stop. When the tour bus was ended it didn't look familiar to me. I asked the tour woman who seems annoyed if this was near my hotel which was on St. Urbain. She said yes, make a left and it will be right there.
We started walking for about 15 minutes when I realized we were no where near our hotel. My husband went into a finance business and asked how we get to our hotel. She was very helpful and pulled up a map. Seems we were about a mile and a half from where we needed to be. In the middle of downtown. My husband & I are no spring chickens but we walked it.
I contacted both the corporate offices & the local office by email & have not gotten any satisfaction. Unless you have your walking shoes on & are fit to walk a marathon forget this one.
