This is a review of the service dept.: worst service experience I've ever had. I'll start by saying that I used to be a service writer, so I am sensitive to pet peeves of the position. I called to see if I could drop my 07 duramax off for an oil change (same day service) which used to be a pet peeve of mine as a service writer, so assured them that I was in no hurry whatsoever and could leave the truck all day if need be. The service writer (Mike Gonnel) never once came out of his cubical to introduce himself, but had the greeter take my info (who when I apologized twice about not having an appt, had no response). I expected to get a call asking for needed additional maintenance i.e. fluid flushes, etc. and never got one. When I picked up my truck the cashier was very short with me and rude. The lot attendant that pulled the truck up left the key in the ignition and the big tag on the mirror and took off. I never saw them. Upon looking at my paperwork later, I noticed that there were 3 areas on the multipoint inspection form that stated "needs immediate attention" and I never was informed of this. In addition, the technician comments section at the bottom of the page revealed that my "hydro boost is leaking" (whatever that means!), I hope it's not a safety issue! I'll never be back, if you care about receiving good customer service, you won't either.
