  • I was told 3 yrs ago "if you see something you like at Marshalls, don't go home and think about it, because it won't be there when you return". That is so true. I saw a Garden Canopy, went home to measure and prepare for it, but when I returned, it was gone. They don't keep stock and re-orders are not available. I was told then that I was to return often as they are unaware of what is to arrive. That was frustrating to say the least. One day, an employee, Sara approached me and asked if there was something she could help me with. I told her of the Canopy. She gave me her phone # and asked that I send her a photo of what it looks like. NOW, 7 months later, I received a Text from her saying that it arrived at HOMEGOODS in Scottsdale where she was transferred. This is exemplary service and should be commended! Bravo HomeGoods for bringing Sara to your store and having her greet all who enter!! What an incredible asset.
