I just so happened to stop by here on my way back from my eye exam and thought I'd look for something cute for the weekend. I was never greeted by an employee or asked if I needed help finding anything. I took a couple of garments to their fitting room where there were 4 workers sorting through clothes, one of which who was extremely rude, she made me feel like I inconveniencing her to get me a dressing room (which I just waited quietly for cause they seem to be busy). And rather than walking up to me when I was through to take what didn't fit, she demandingly requested that I bring them to her when she could see I was struggling with my purse getting caught in the hangers. The funny thing is I saw that she was really nice to her co-workers. Maybe Forever 21 should work on hiring people who actually want to help their customers instead of bitchy girls with hickeys on their neck. I would have given them 1 star if it weren't for the cashiers who were really nice but in other words, worst experience ever.
