| - Finally, I found a decent dry cleaner is Pittsburgh! After trying numerous other shops, primarily in Shadyside (see my other reviews), I ventured a little further afield and found Four Seasons. They treat my clothes with a healthy respect that was clearly lacking at other shops. I own nice clothes and expect to keep them that way, so that is the most important thing to me, and Four Seasons delivers. The price is worth it if you value your clothes.
On the negative side, for people more accustomed to the fast service of other cities, the typical 4-day turnaround can be hard to get used to, and the dropping off/picking up process can be a little cumbersome. I try to run by once a week to keep things moving, but that isn't always convenient with a hectic schedule.
Also, I have made extensive use of the tailor, Alfredo, who I find to be excellent. I have had him alter no less than five suits and at least as many pairs of pants and have always found his work to be excellent. I tested him out with a few easy things first before I asked him to bring in and hem my Armani suit, but he passed with flying colors.
