What a great experience. Our salesman, Eddie Dobbs, was very helpful and never used the word "no". Mr. Dobbs brought out four trucks for us to compare side by side. He also printed all the data sheets on each vehicle so we could compare the options. We never talked about price until we made our final choice. Mr. Dobbs was never frustraded or rude to us as we had him running all over the dealership lot. With the assistance of Rob, one of the sales managers, we were able to agree on a price within 5 minutes.
Rob stated that we had done our homework. He explained to me how he arrived at the rebates and discounts. We also received the low rate financing that we asked for.
There were a few extra's that we also wanted to purchase such as extended warranty and a few after market accessories.
I wanted to hear the sales pitch from the finance employee as I knew it was coming. We were not disappointed. Dan, in the finance department presented a beautiful 10 minute sales experience. I did not want to stop him as it was so entertaining.
When he was finally done, I asked him the magic question. What does each of these items cost. He gave us the price and then started to discount each item including the extended warranty. The prices were in line in what we would have paid somewhere else, so we purchased most of what he proposed.
Bottom line, great deal, great service and a fun and enjoyable experience.
