  • Anthony Woods the dealership GM took care of me and made sure I do not have any issues. He has given me a great deal on my truck and made sure my service process was simple. I never want to have to see him for small things like a tire warranty, but he goes above and beyond even calling me on his day off to make sure I was being taken care of. He could be doing anything else, but took him time to call. That alone has changed my whole outlook of my review. Anthony Woods takes care of his customers! I wish I could give their place 0 stars. Best friends until the purchase is finalized.... I would have had great things to say until I tried using the tire warranty I purchased with vehicle. First I call this dealership to confirm my warranty I purchased on my (Platinum Tundra). The guy I spoke to told me he can't find anything and to call Toyota financial. I call Toyota financial to confirm I had the insurance and they tell me to call the dealerships to see if they participate in the warranty program. I asked if they can look the information up for me.... nope! When I can. Centennial Toyota about my warranty I speak to a lady that says you can leave a message and wait for someone to call back. I can drop off my truck now, but they told me to wait and if I do t hear anything they will follow up with me tomorrow. Now I'm pissed off. Who buys insurance for something like tires to hear we will call you when we please. If my tire is damaged it needs to be fixed. Anyway, I would not buy another truck from here. Especially with the poor service and crappy warranty package.
