  • Called Elite Installers and explained my situation to the nice lady on the phone. I told the lady I bought a brand new built in cooktop and needed to have it reinstalled because the person who installed it installed it incorrectly. She insured me they were the correct company to call and so I booked an appointment. I was given the time frame between 8-12. On the day of my appointment I was waiting around for the tech to come and no one bothered to show up or let alone call me to let me know they weren't going to make it. I guess they thought my project wasn't worth it. No would not recommend
