| - I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment at Fortune before they closed, after I had called three other salons....who knew everyone in the city was getting a pedicure on a Tuesday evening?!
So after finding their shop ( its kind of a weird location) I only waited a little while until I was seated at the pedicure chair.
The treatment I got, considering they were about to close in 30 minutes was outstanding, no corners cut. My esthetician used these drill like instruments to buff my feet instead of the usual foot paddle...it made my feet soooo smooth. Ive never seen this tool being used anywhere else. I was happy to see that once she was done with the little pad attached to the tool, it was thrown away immediately.
She spent a lot of time on my cuticles and was so slow and careful once my polish was complete, to put my sandals back on.
Warning!!! As far as I could see, there arent any driers for your feet, so you have to be careful when you leave not to smudge.
I think I paid about $42 dollars with tax for the pedicure. Its a bit more expensive than other salons, but worth it, as 1 week later, my feet took an ass kicking, and my polish still looks great.
