  • Hi! I'm a 51 yr resident of Las Vegas . I'm VERY angry and upset with the service and customer service I received from the receptionist with her Strawberry hair. I brought my 3 month old puppy in on June 3, 2018. We thought he may have been exposed excessively to the sun and didn't wanna chance it. Well, this woman questioned us as if we were idiots giving my wife and I a lecture on breeders and if my puppy had all his shots. We answered yes and she eyeballed is as if we were a couple of idiots asking how many sets of shots my puppy had had and that if we can prove it with paperwork. Now, who runs to an emergency room and thinks of grabbing vaccination papers ? Really! We told her our puppy has had his 3rd set as of Friday June 1st 2018. She gave us the fish eye and proceeded to lecture us about how she feels breeders should be outlawed and if we have proof of vaccinations. Look! This is NOT our first dog or first rodeo. We've owned several dogs and are very affluent and able to care for them properly. She looked at us as if we we were a coupe of idiots . Now that said, I remember dealing with this lady before with my other dog. On that visit she said my dog ate marijuana. I'm a 51 yes old grown responsible man and this woman was basically accusing my wife and I of being pot heads...... I'm glad I just walked out or was going to let her have it! BE WARY when deal my with this lady.
