  • I have lived here for 3 years now, going on my 4th year. Moved in in June 2014, moving out June 2018 due to relocation to another state. Moving here after graduate school, this is the first apartment I've moved into that was so clean on move-in day, fresh carpets and everything, that I didn't feel the need to clean obsessively. The price is a bit high but you get what you pay for. The location is superb and super safe, the laundry machines are great (front-loading, high efficiency, and they recently got updated this year). I live in a 2-bedroom 2 bath high rise and I love my apartment and its view. The leasing office staff and head of the maintenance staff have always been awesome, always very nice and always striving to be helpful and understanding. Maintenance issues get looked at promptly. I have been frustrated with the competency of the maintenance staff, but my problems eventually got taken care of and they do seem to be getting better. Again the head of maintenance (the lady who answers calls, Debbie) is very receptive to feedback and definitely listens. Overall I am quite happy with my experience here and do recommend these apartments.
