  • I had some issues with an expensive, new hot water tank that was under warranty. So to come look at it, the company insisted on charging a $81 service fee. On something new and under warranty? I first put this up as a 1 star as they wouldn't bend, but today the manager is sending someone to check it for free. It was a little tense for a while, but I am pleased they are standing behind their product.
