  • This hotel was perfect for what we needed. We have three little kids who goo bed earlier than their parents, so we need a suite. Our suite had two real bedrooms, a living room area, and a kitchenette. Perfect! The staff was excellent. Very kind, efficient, and helpful. We ordered room service and our server, Kelly, was great. He even called to follow up and make sure we were happy with our meals and if we were in need of anything else. The courtyard was lovely, as was the pool. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Charlotte!
