I have been here plenty of times, and the place is always empty because I think no one even knows it exists, as they are hidden in the basement! So, I can understand why their prices are almost 2 to 3 times the cost at brand-name pet stores. I personally found this place by accident almost 2 years ago. (They seem to have reviews on yelp under two different names).
They do have some of the weirdest looking fish ever, which is why i still come here! As to the customer service, well this is china town, nonetheless the older lady is very nice and so is the older man who usually takes care of the fish.
Also, no pictures are allowed in the store, cause I think the place is a front for some shady business (just kidding?). I think they experiment on fish cause some of them are out of this world (not kidding!).
I was last there today and picked up a female indian-glass fish ($15 with tax) for the male one (pictured) I got at home (he's a total jerk). He also came from this store 1.5 years ago. You have to go see this place, they have tons of stuff!
