  • After being a customer for years I don't think I'll be coming back. I tried to exchange a bottle of vitamin D because the dispenser was broken and it was impossible! Yup, they wouldn't help me :( Didn't want a credit or my money back or anything - simply wanted a like for like exchange and even then, they wanted me to fill out a form with my name and phone number, etc... And the guy even dared to say they were doing me a favour?! So rude. Sorry but I'm done. I'll go somewhere else where they appreciate my business.
