  • So I read all the reviews and walked in today without an appointment. I will start by saying that they are very kind and all of the staff had great customer service. I had a younger technician who like to talk a lot. I appreciated her conversation. Except my pedicure wound up taking twice as long as the woman next to me. My husband was also there and waiting on me. He never complained but I was well aware. I purchased a deluxe pedicure. I have places on my feet that were not smoothed out. I have NEVER left a spot with my feet looking this way. Especially if they are using a "cheese grater" on your feet. There was nothing to smooth out or scrub your feet. My legs were exfoliated more than needed. My husband wanted to go back but I didn't feel comfortable. I just won't ever go back. It was unfortunate. The bottoms of my feet look better when I do them myself. My hot stone massage was also lacking severely. It did not feel like a massage at all. No pressure. $40 pedicure and he tipped 20% for me to walk out of there with feet that looked worse on the bottom than when I first went in.
