Thank the lord for Monta!! Since I gave up red meat, I also had to give up Ramen Sora. It was a sad transition because ramen is my favorite noodle dish ever. Luckily, I learned that Monta offered chicken broth (hallelujah!!), when the broth is usually pork based. Nice and salty- just the way I like it. I always ask for thick noodles and it's delicious and affordable. My boyfriend enjoys the charsiu (although insists that Sora's meat is better).
This is my go-to suggestion when someone is wanting ramen.
The unfortunate thing about Monta is that there's always a bit of a wait because there is a line. This is especially true when it is dinner time! But you know it's good when there's a line. Inside is tightly packed and crowded. You eat and go. And parking may be a bit tricky since this whole shopping area is busy with awesome restaurants. Park across the street near to the church.
