  • I want to give this company at least two stars because I really love the color of the fence and how well it matches my house. Other than that everything else about my experience with them was horrific. I ordered my fence back in April. It did not get installed until July. I knew that they would be behind a little bit I was originally only told one month. The workers always showed up unannounced no one ever contacted me that they were coming. They finally got the fence and gate installed a couple days before I was supposed to leave out of town. When they first installed the gate it did not swing the right way. It was supposed to swing on the inside and it swung out. They had to reset everything and come out another day.! I had called and complained numerous times and they only gave me $50 off my order. I also complained the right hand side kept moving a lot with the weather and they stated they would come out and install a drop lock in it also. Of course they did not arrive to do this until I was out of town once again showing up unannounced and calling after the fact. They stated they would call me when I returned. I went outside last night to take out the garbage and noticed my gate looked strange. The right hand side was open and unlocked and swinging the wrong way (again) I had my brother in law who is 6'5 try and help me get it on the right side and it was impossible. So then I tried to open the left side and the drop lock was stuck in the concrete and when I tried to pull it up the concrete came with it!!!!! I left them and email that I want it fixed in next two weeks. I would not recommend nor will I use this company again.
