Dr Muir gets 5 stars, but his staff gets 1. Very difficult to get in touch with. Every time I called I never got through and had to leave a message. Then they call you back very sporadically. My last appointment was on a Monday and they called at the last minute to say they had to reschedule. I told them that I was in a lot of pain and they could have cared less. They gave me another time and date, and they then proceeded to change that as well. Hopefully my back problem does not resurface again so I do not have to deal with their archaic phone and administration procedures.
