  • I went thru the drive thru and it moved fast. I was surprised to find out they charge .60 more for soy. I didn't know soy milk was so much more expensive than cows milk. And they certainly didn't give me a discount for no whipped cream. The staff at the drive thru was friendly. The reason I gave it one star is because the pumpkin spice latte was HORRIBLE! I swear they forgot to put the coffee in it! It tasted like the sugary hot milk you make for a kid who wants to have coffee with mommy. I ordered two and they both had the same issue. The Starbucks at the Harris Teeter is way better and I can't believe I'm even saying that.
