  • This place is the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. I have been here since 2013 and have heard too many gunshots to count maybe seen 1 security guard oh wait courtesy patrol not security. The appliances are as old as i am and are hardly functional. The stray cats is a serious problem especially when the residents feed them, Get someone here to collect the cats it is getting much worse. I have been fighting with management for over a month complaining about my upstairs neighbors but of course they are completely dismissing my claims as normal living noises which is complete BS. I have had scorpions and giant spiders show up in my unit i have even been stung by the scorpions twice. I have a small child and i fear for his safety with the lack of security and pest control. Apparently i pay for it but i haven't seen the guy in 2 years. I am only here because i cannot afford moving expenses but then again if they keep raising my rent ill be on the streets in no time. The customer service is deplorable. Someone has a complaint and you don't care at all. The parking is atrocious. If you have 2 cars good luck getting a spot after 4pm there are none. The gates never work properly which contributes to the security issue and is probably why vehicle theft is up yes i have a source that has told me more cars are being stolen then ever before. I keep my gun by my bed because i have had gunshots go off right outside my window on several occasions. But none of this matters to Heers Management as all they care about is money. Oh and the gym is crap and falling apart.
