  • Unfortunately, their maintenance staff has a high turnover rate, which affects everything when you need them. Washing machine problems since day 1, and replacement has exact same problem. Move in day, carpet was still wet, including a very poor job of pre vacuuming. Cleaners still there on move in day. Office staff listens, but lip service is cheap. Not a quality operation, so expectations are very low. As long as you don't have any maintenance issues, you're ok. For this reason alone, don't move here.
